I know, the Avalanches again, but they do such a nice job of remixing an incredible song and video by Hunters and Collectors, “Talking to a Stranger“. I mean, opening it by mixing it with “Love Sensation” and “Figure of 8“? Listen to the original and you’ll see the quirk that works between all three genres.

The photo of the Section 25 selection is one from my 12” collection; it won’t match the image on Apple or Spotify. It’s another gorgeous minimalist design from Factory Records designer Peter Saville and I had to use it.

I originally thought Jason and the Argonauts’ Argo, the ship, had a link to Argus, the many-eyed giant, but no, it’s Argus, son of Arestor, who built the ship. But they both share the same dad? I like the Panopticon imagery in my mind better.
