When I first created this web site, I wanted to play around with layouts and design and give it a rough, sort of Brutalist style. This is my latest iteration. I like it a lot, but I’m not yet done.

I want to experiment with a hybrid of Brutalism and Punk, to create a “strict machine” with serrated edges. This is a layout, a canvas on which to paint and scrape and impasto.

I’m still incredibly busy at my day job and this will only become worse in the coming year, I fear. So this will probably become my template for a while. I have a bunch of photos I want to show and new music and videos to share, so I’m going to be happy with little subtle changes, progressions and surprises using this template.
